Will most likely have a 1.6 or 1.8L motor. Its supposed to be a class smaller than the focus, but its pretty close in size.

The Mazda 2 is coming as the Fiesta, no MPS extreme for us. By the way MPS stands for Mazda Performance Series. Used in EU, AU & NZ.

I asked about the Mazda2 when I went to the dealership to buy my speed6. The salesman I got the car from hadn't heard of the 2, but he said that the dealership "might" be able to get the car imported. Doubt it. I don't understand why the 2 isn't in the states. Are the importing costs to much, or have they even tested it for u.s. safety standards?
Anyway... when I win the lottery I am sooo importing the MPS Extreme. Just so I can shout EXTREME while driving, it'll give meaning to my driving/shouting shenanigans.
