This weekend I sold My MSP for $8500 with 118,000 miles on ot with all the stuff listed below and some extras. I bought a 530i 2005 to replace my MSP. It was time for a bit of change and class. I love my MSP but I just feel like we I just feel like we outgrew each other.

So the question is, Would you had sold for that price and those miles?

As the seller the price was great for you! You sold it more than kelley blue book...

I'm Hoping to sell my MSP for $10K this coming spring and up my class a bit as well. I'll be content with an 07 body style Audi s4. The nice thing is I'm in no hurry so eventually the right buyer will arrive I only have 70K on the odometer though.

8.5k with almost 120k on the clock? not bad at all. it'd be nice if these cars retain some value, the prices have been dropping like a rock the past few years

I new I wasn't crazy....you never know when a deal like that is going to come around again. I just drove the MSP for the last time an hour ago and all is can say is that My MSP can smoke My Bimmer.

I think part of the reason the prices have dropped so quickly is because a lot of people are just selling to get rid of them. Many because of the economy. Lets face it these cars are not cheap to own. If more people held out for higher prices instead of just trading them in for whatever the dealer will give then the prices may actually hold, even rise. I've seen it happen with bothe the suzuki samurai and suzuki swift GT. s*** 7 years ago I could by a great looking Samurai for $500 all day. Now you can't find a beat up one for under $1500!

So the question is, Would you had sold for that price and those miles?

Mine has 75K on the ODO, is clean as hell with the mods in my sig. I would sell it today for $8500 dollars and never look back or regret it, hell for $8700 I would throw in my Corksport J-Pipe back exhaust and install it for free!

Mine also has all of the original "software", dealer sticker, books, brochures, etc.

I just sold mine last night and I agree with everyone good sell. Mine had a salvage title, close to 150xxx on the obo, and other depreciating value things and I got 4500 seems cheap but im happy I got it cheap and didnt invest much, Turbo had been acting really crazy last month too, CEL would come on then cut off reading random misfire. changed plugs, wires still bogged down like crazy sounding like a tractor. Believe it was the wastegate idk im off topic. So to get back on topic GOOD DEAL IMO :)

I would like to see the value of the car go up as well. That was a really good car and I bought it with 75,000 miles on it and drove it to 118,000 thousand and the only major problem i had was a transmission mount and the thermostat went. i took $3,800 of my deployment money and bought parts out the ass for that car this past September so everything in my signature plus a dyno tune tune and some. I would like to think i am just getting my money back for what I invested on parts that haven't been on the car more that 3 months. I feel if you put in hard work and LABOR on your MSP hold out and the right buyer just might come your way.

Lol... I know man. I had to let it go while the going was good man. I still have possession of her as of right now, just waiting on the title to come in. I am soo tempted to go out on a night run and smoke check someone but I already took the insurance off.

hey hey hey has the owner seen the speed yet? like under the hood? Because ill swap you intercoolers like the corksport set up and ish :) i mean you dont need it

Just bought mine for 7500 out the door at the dealer, 80k on it, body is a bit rough

Yeah I wasn't thinking at the time. Just trying to seal the deal. There were some things would have let go on that car. Only thing I took out was the EBC. I need to sell it.

wow you robbed the poor guy. I bought mine last week from the original owner with 33k all stock in mint condition for 5800 and thought it was just an OK deal.
