jeremyfl said:I always thought the vic's or any police car for that matter had some mods on it.
My friend was pulled over by a cop on a bike, in Miami they use Harley the big harleys, anyways he started talking to the cop about the bike and etc etc....He says to the cop you really think you are gonna catch a guy on a crotch rocket with that big old bike, he said the cop showed him inside the saddle bags and he had one nos bottle in each. Now I dont know if he is bs'ing but I've seen those bikes take off and that is not a standard harley.....
not true, lol i got pulled over by a freakin blacked out mustang cobra a few years back. on 84CommieSpeed said:All the cops around here drive crappy maintenanced crown vics and old explorers. The only threats around here are the unmarked Intrepids and Geo Metros they use on Intersate 84...totally not fair.

LOL England is not in Scandinaviamp3moose said:Haha, definately not true. Very rarely a scandinavian country or two will get a one or a handful of premo cars. But cops drive peugots in london.

ca_deal1 said:I know, I will try to have better take off next time. I could have 9.5 if I did it right. With reaction with of 0.678 I did 9.7, but I did a had a better reaction time of 0.331 that time I did 9.8( tire spin too much). If I could add both together, I could have a chance at 9.4.
Metal MP5 said:dont know if anybody said that already (i only read 1st page) but reaction time doesn't count towards your 1/4 (or 1/8) mile time. The timer starts are your wheels trigger the sensors ... unless you guys have some wierd system
ca_deal1 said:The reaction time is the time between the green light and your wheel start moving. So the lower the reaction time will have you better 1/4 or 1/8 mile time.
For example
My first time at the strip R/T:1.289 1/8 time:10.3
Last week at the strip R/T:0.604 1/8 time: 9.71
My best reaction time last week is 0.371, but I missed a gear that run.(dunno)
