Thanks that means a lot. Mike (hawaiian_msp) is some pretty stiff competition as are a lot of the Hawaii Proteges. We kind of push each other. But, it's friendly competition.
I think it will be a treat for everyone when me, him and Chris (L8R) get our cars together for a photo shoot this fall. Just need to find the right location.

I know this is just m immagination, but in the picture in your sig, the front wheels looks 2 or 3 inches smaller than the back wheels.

Thanks for the positive comments everyone. My goal is to actually get her some magazine coverage someday. Partly just because it would be cool and partly because I'm not a big fan of the only MSP that has been. (The one from Jade Crew with the BC2 kit.) Not sure if that will ever happen, but that's what I'm shooting for.
As for the drop, I've got Tein SS coil-overs. I used to have Tein springs but, they didn't do the trick. They gave her a really raked appearance.

Well, I certainly didn't paint my trunk black. lol. Yeah it's the CF trunk from the JSP GB. Leanardo was nice enough to let me jump in late by taking the spot of someone whose deposit he had covered but didn't pay up.
You'll be seeing her back on the road soon. But, have to get some cooling fans put in. It's amazing how fast these cars over heat without proper airflow. Really wishing I had gotten a vented hood of some kind. Oh well, down the road...

nice work lang. the paint (hubs) came out really nice. i was telling rob that after i left your house, i was inspired to work on my car again! even though i dont have money to do so haha i still want to do something.
i just hope all this waiting was worth it and judging from everything, it sure was.

Chris - Glad to hear you've regained your ability to speak. lol. Yeah, I'm definitely glad I took the time to paint the hubs. Would've looked really crappy to mount nice wheels in front of rusty, pitted hubs. But, in the near future I think they'll be replaced with new ones. Like I said yesterday the last thing I want is rust stains on these wheels and I know the spray paint won't last forever.
Sorry I didn't hang out longer yesterday. Once I got the tires on the wheels I got real impatient to see them on the car. We'll have to go speed shop hopping again though. Hell take the whole crew along. lol. Also glad you got to see the casa. Maybe I'll see you up here a little more often now.
Kyle & Corwin - I figured I'd take a lot more grief over the trunk. Definitely one of the purchases I had a hard time deciding on. But, sorry to say I won't be painting it. I like the look of the contrast with the orange. I'm not a huge fan of CF trunks on all cars. But, for some reason I think boxy cars like the Protege, WRX, and Evo can pull it off if they are the right color. But, opinions vary. Anyhow, I am glad to hear you guys like everything but the trunk.

Dude are you serious? I made your car my background. It's the hot butter on my breakfast toast. The trunk? Do your thing buddy. I won't hate, just not my style. It's still money though.
