MS3 GT Black Mica
Well it's that time and I have a bit of a dilemma. I was thinking on getting 4 snow tires for my old 94 mx-6. But to get that working properly I would have to get the struts done too. I cant see spending the money to do all this to an old car I wont keep for too long. Also its starting to blow out alittle blueish smoke when it starts up. So then I thought I'd get 4 steel rims and 4 snow tires for my Black MS3. But then I thought of all the harm winter driving can do with all the cinders and other crap. So my question to you guys is....

1. Do you think I should get a Bra or clear Bra to protect the front of My MS3 during the winter? (the Clear Bra thing is expensive though on top of tires)
2. Do you think either will help?
3. Where could I get a Black Bra to fit my MS3?

Any input would be muchly appreciated!!
Thanks in advance!

1. Do not get a Bra, they just hold in the Salt, Sand and other fine particles. The grime will then start acting like sandpaper on your hood.
2. The bra might show sun fading.
3. I have alwasy liked the clear bra, but i have heard from many ppl that the clear bra has the sun fade effect as well.
4. Stay away from bras!!!
5. Put a bug deflector on for the winter if you feel you have to do something :P

Thanks MM3Canuck! So what you are saying is dont get a bra? hahaha Yeah I have heard that too about the clear bra but dont think I have ever seen one. Also, are they somehow removable?? I wouldnt think soo but worth asking.... Anyone else have a suggestion?

Thanks,
John

I am not too sure if they come off again, I guess it depends how logn you leave them on there. I would think that after a few hot summers, it will be very very hard to get that stuff off your hood.

I have been thinking too about the clear stuff or a bug deflector. I have only 3,000km on mine and already stone chips on her.

Not sure what to do.

They have clear bras? o_O lol~ j/k

I've had a full-nosemask (or bra) for my RSX,
and it was the biggest pain in the rear to use.
It was the worst $250 investment ever made.

So will I ever use one again? Definitely not.
if I could get some dent/ scratch proof clear coat,
I'd rather use those. ^_^
