Windows Startup question

Hi,

I'm running Windows XP Pro. Is there a way to run a batch file at startup before any user logs on the computer? What I want to do is run a .bat that will update a subdomain with my current IP adress. The .bat file works great I just need to execute it when Windows starts but without having to log on.
