the best wagon evAr..
Question.. I was just out in my car and when I stopped at the ATM and put my window down it wouldn't go down. The only one that WOULD go down is the passenger front window. The other 3 start to go down but don't even go down an inch. :( Could it be the freezing cold weather outside? Are they frozen? Why will only 1 go down?? *argh*
Can anyone offer any words of help??

Ya, it's the cold. They'll warm up after a while, might need some scrapin around the edges if there's ice there as well.

Yeah....I bet they are frozen. I have had that problem before. There is ice that builds up on the rubber part touching the window........well for me that where it was...

:) Kind of funny cause for me the passenger window was the only one that would go down too....:p

Yep, they are probaby frozen. If you shoot some silicone spray in the windows channels and the rubber gaskets, this can be prevented.

thanks for all the words of help.. i'm going out to try them now.
*crosses her fingers*

Wow. I thought it was just me... I tried to roll down the d/s window (gate guard/menacing-looking man w/ M- 16 looking for 'Al' Quaeda....

HHmmm.

This happened to me at the ATM, too. And that was before I took my car to the car wash...didn't really want to wash my car in 18 degree weather, but it's been covered in salt since last week.

Maybe you better leave your windows down....that way, you'll be able to get in if your doors freeze shut.

It must be a problem only were it gets really cold, never happen to me, im in hawaii. So then the temp is probably whats causing it to do that.

now 3 of 'em will go down.. guess which one still won't go down??? That's right.. the DRIVERS SIDE... :wtf: :(

Next time this happens, just pound the window lightly edges with your fist to loosen up the ice. Sometimes that works.

maybe that was God's way of telling me that I shouldn't be spending money as much as I have been lately.. lol
I could leave the roof open instead of the windows that way it would be harder for people to brake into the car.. :D
