Yeah it does mean that. It just wires right in so when you scroll through looking at your temps and stuff you'll see it. It's actually really good. Or atleast its alot better then the standard A/F guage that doesn't tell you s***.

no, a wide band AF gauge displays real time air/fuel. it is more expensive than a regular o2 sensor and needs special instruments to read it.

you get a Wideband from speedcircuit.net or *************.com

I had a 7 inch indash in the car that all of my stats and specs come out on. I got tired of having a laptop in my passenger seat. I had that set up in my integra and loved it. So im looking to do it in my protege.

where's the link for this group buy?

resurrected! i just ordered the afc v2 and i'm wondering what wideband o2 sensor ill need. anyone wanna fill me in, i tried searching but i just keep finding info about widebands lol, i already know what it is, i just need to know what wideband o2 sensor (the sensor itself) to get for the afc to read it. a link to where i could get one would be awesome too. thanks in advvance.

Any WB sensor with an aux output will work... Off the top of my head AEM and Innovate have this feature. I personally use the Innovate LC-1.

If you plan on doing it yourself you're probably going to want to read up on electrical wiring in cars and how grounds work. You may also want a multimeter (use to test for good grounds, and troubleshoot any electrical probs.)

ok, i figured i could use the aem sensor, but wanted to make sure. the replacement for the bosch aem uses is cheap too. what do you do for it just connect a power (12v source), ground, and sensor wire (to afc)? lol i'm not completely illiterate about electrical work, i just tend to hate it.
