why mazda service sucks

I went there today to change my oil and to fix the winshield noise. After two hours they called and say that everything is fixed, when I ask if they fix the winshield noise they said yes everything. When I picked up my car I've ask one guy if they fixed the winshield and they told me that they can't hear anything but you can ******* hear it all the time.Im so mad at them ,I will be back there until they will fix it and after(fu) mazda service.
