.....every frikin home slice with a fat wingged car feels the need to try and race? I have had my Spicy Speed less then a week, and just about every 16 y.o. with a riced out wing and APC muffler on moms grocery getter civic and cavalier has tried to stomp the Speed :wtf:

I just sit back and laugh for now, but all rice rocket wanna be's will soon feel the boost cut loose. (of course when the drag strip opens, too many freinds hurt or died street racing)

Sorry for the rant but just wanted to get it off my chest

I'm sad...I've had mine over a month and haven't gotten more than a couple of jerk-offs, but they were all on the freeway. Freeway racing is about the dumbest thong eve, so it's not even worth it...I need to get my damn exhaust or my BOV so I can get some heads turning, and some jaws dropping....

here's a little advice for you boys. if you want to turn some heads and be louder than you are now spend the $30 and buy the K+N cone filter and you'll have your turbo whining and crying and your blow off valve blowing louder than you ever thought it could be in no time flat.

My thing is, these guys see an orange car with a big wing and 17" rims, and wanna race. They have no idea what the car is and what it has. Im not into producing astounding hp numbers, just gonna make em say Whoa.

trust me. i had some punk in a saturn with a nice double decker alum wing spin his head mighty quick when i shifted from 2nd-3rd and the turbo was screaming and the bov did its thing. looks like i'm going to have to wait till friday when my HKS SS comes in to continue working on the BOV

or you could go the alternate route and put a PA speaker under the hood with a red button on your steering wheel to make BOV sounds.

pic up the mic to the PA "PSHHHHHHHHHHHHHH PSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"

just try not to spit into the mic or it makes the noise sound less realistic
