Johnny Tran(TFATF)
Carter Verone(2F2F)
Sean Ambrose(MI:2)
Dennis Hopper's character(Speed)

(dark)(blowup)(gun)(pissed)

Teddy KGB!
Brick Top from Snatch
Hatchet Harry from Lock, Stock & 2 Smoking Barrels
Caesar in Gladiator

How about Buffalo Bill or Hannibal Lector from Silence of the Lambs
But of the original list, I'd say Dennis Hopper from Speed.

Out of the list above, I choose Dennis Hopper.

Another personal favorite not listed above is Ed Norton.

I just watched Gladiator yesterday...what a great job he did and what a great movie.
It might be cheesy but I've always liked Darth Maul from Episode 1.
Agent Smith
Several from LOTR
I also liked Billy the Kid from Green Mile

Dennis Hopper is one of the great's - no question. We happen to share a birthday, too (birthday) May 17th.

Johnny Tran? He's about as evil as the Johnny from the Karate Kid movie.

Brick Top? Is he the one with the pigs? Good choice. How about the "If the milk turns out to be sour, I ain't the kind of pussy to drink it" guy?

Anyway, some of my favorites...

John Doe - SE7EN
Hannibal Lector - Hannibal
Darth Vader - Star Wars
The Alien - Alien Trilogy
Tommy DeVito - Goodfellas
Travis Bickle - Taxi Driver
Jack Torrance - The Shining

Johnny Tran wtf?

How bout
Megatron -- The Transformers Movie (j/k)

Jack Nickolson (The Joker) -- Batman
Mr. T -- Rocky III
Anthony Hopkins (Hannibal) -- The Silence of the Lambs
Alan Rickman (Hans something) -- Die Hard (original)
Hugo Weaving --(Agent Smith) from The Matrix
Stay Puft Marshmallow Man -- Ghostbusters
Tina Turner -- Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome
Freddie or Jason, take your pick (but I'm not a big horror movie fan)

dude none of those characters are evil except for dennis hopper in speed lol

my vote would be castor troy in face-off

Ray Park as Darth Maul - Star Wars
Jet Li - Lethal Weapon IV
Jet Li - The One

Yall see a trend here....Yeah, I'm a martial arts fan.

John Lone as Kenjo - The Hunted
Gene Hackman - The Quick and the Dead
Aiden Gillen as Rathbone - Shanghai Knights

Alan Rickman was also a great villain in Quigley Down Under

Geofery Rush in The Pirates of the Caribean

Samuel L. Jackson in Unbreakable

Wilford Brimley in The Firm

I'm a big fan of the actors who have the versatility to play great villains even when they are usually cast as good guys. (Refering to my last two examples.)
