From what I know about it so far, Carlisle is going to be huge this year. I'm curious who's considering going from the P5 and MP3 enthusiasts on this board?
Give a shout if you're gonna be there so I can look for you and your ride!

i was there last year, hopefully this year ill throphy in the judged category...check me out if you make it there.

btw...last year:8mp3's, and didnt count p5's...

We've been there for the last 3 years and I hope we can make it again this year. We will most likely be taking the wife's P5 and my 240SX. It will be interesting this year, with the change in judging and all. Damn, we gotta get our taxes filed, the wife is wanting her CF hood!!

peace
Griff

Cool...I'm stoked for the turnout! I'll be there but my car won't (maybe in the parking lot...totally stock!) I'll check you all out. Have fun.

Mike

I was going to go but now I am going to Mexico to get my mexican racing license

Aye, I will be attending Carslile this year, Dunno if im gonna enter, as my MSP is a week old and I have yet to get anything done to it. But i will be there.

Ohhhh BTW anyone goin from or through Pittsburgh, PM me, we could meet up and convoy there :D it would be cool to get all the protege posters here together for beers or somefin while there too.

Only going if i get some new wheels. Can't go in on the stock rims.I got second place there last year, that was so cool

im going saturday and probly leaving sunday mourning/noon

don't buy wheels before get them up their they are always so much cheaper

we should all get together up their for a cook out/I going to park in the non-judging feild

I live in Harrisburg only 15min away... Of course Ill be there... and Even the MP3 this year. I wrecked it 2 weeks before the show last year.

i need to buy a couple mufflers for cheap at carlisle... i bet i can get some crazy deals up there...

anyways, what's this non-judging field? I thought only contestants can park in the premise, everyone else has to park on the side 'parking lots'....

The second part of the show field will be the Fun Field. There will be no judging on this show field, as it is for owners who wish to come and hang out in the center of all of the action and park with friends.Pre-registration for the Fun Field is not required. It costs $35 before April 12 and $45 after April 12 for the Fun Field:cool:

Hopefully I'll be going. Depends on what plays out until then. If I do go, I'll get a hold of you BoostisGood. It's may 2, 3, 4 right?

Yes I think I'm definately going now. But I have to swing up by state college and pick up my G/F at Penn State. So I don't know if we'll be able to convoy or not. I still have to plan my route i'm going to take. maybe we can meet up half way or something like that. When do you guys plan on getting there? Thursday night or friday day? What are you doing about sleeping arrangments? Getting a hotel? Sleeping in your car? Any idea how much it is for a weekend pass or anything? Does it even cost anything?

Sounds good...I'll see you all there.

Since I started this thread, maybe 2 weeks later, after calling and asking about the show, I got a job at Carlisle working on the events and moved from NJ to PA. It's always cool to call a cool place and find out they have an opening!

Anyway, I'm seriously looking forward to seeing all of you guys and gurlz represent since my P5 will be sittin' up at the building waiting for me to drive it home.

If you get 25 people pre-registered for the fun-field, I can ask if they will get you all a tent to park under so you can be together. If not, make sure to meet up outside of town somewhere and drive in together so you get to park near each other.
Of course, I hope some of you will be in the judged category to win us some respect...same deal with the tent, I think.

Hit me with any questions at mikek@carsatcarlisle.com - Nothing too hard, though...I just started a week ago!

Later.

See you in May.

*new* Event Manager @ Carlisle

hey Mike, is the 'fun field' just a free for all, and no effort will be made to *try* to keep same makes together???

btw I'll be there w/ my RX-7 (praying that it will hold up on the 120 mile trip)
