I just spoke with the salesman and asked if I could disclose the name of the dealership and his name as well. He responded as long as I didn't say what I had paid for the car. Of course I have already done that so I don't want to violate his trust after what he did for me. Thanks for all your support everybody. In the end I got very, very lucky. I only discovered this car a few weeks ago. I wanted a 14', found out about the 16's and now one is in my driveway at below invoice. I leave on vacation tomorrow but already looking forward to coming home!
I let my wife drive it home from the dealership but I took on the 20 min. drive home from the bank. First impressions; infotainment was pretty easy to navigate. Felt like I had it dialed in within 5 min. or so. Paired my phone (Android Nexus 4) and all my contacts uploaded. Made a phone call via Bluetooth to my insurance company. Sounded like her voice was coming out of a tin can but I had no trouble hearing her and she didn't seem to have trouble hearing me. I couldn't get the Pandora app to work but I could play Pandora from my phone and control it through the system if that makes any sense. Very peppy car, seemed even more so than I remembered from the test drive. Lane departure went off a few times when I don't think it should have. Still getting used to the blind spot monitoring. I've always had the little circles and having a hard time trusting the tech. Daytime running lights look awesome. Sound was pretty good but I've heard so so reviews on BOSE (Buy Other Sound Equipment). I'll need to play with the settings. Lighting on the instrument cluster looked cool. Infotainment navigation from down my the armrest was awesome.
Anyways if anybody has any specific questions fire away. I'll post more when I get back. Cheers!!!!
