Who else hates the fake carbon fiber trim on the center console?

yeah its nice if you dont have carbon fiber at all in your interior and never plan on having it, but when you ad the real thing in there it throughs the car off thats why i'll be replacing it with the real deal or something thats a tad bit closer.

aiight guys finally got my cf vinyl in, here is the finished product.

sorry about it being a lil dark.

the cf vinyl next to the real carbon fiber guage bezel its not far off and looks better than that fake s***.

btw to remove the center console its extremely easy once u know how to do it.

Look up under drivers side up under steering wheel u'll see a white wheel with a wire hooked around a peg on the wheel pull the wire off,

goto passenger side pop glove box out and look straight back behind the center console u'll see another white wheel do the same to that side pop off the lil metal wire wrapped around it.

point the air vents up top of the center console all the way down put a hand in each vent slot and pull towards urself this will pop the top out.

then pop the bottom out.

at the top undo the first plug between the two vents

at the bottom undo the four screws around the white thing that the ac controlls are hooked up to and walla its free to take in to put the vinyl on.

simple mod only cost me 15 bucks for the vinyl not bad. and i have alot left over if i wanna do other things to my car.

I think next im gonna cf vinyl the air vents on the left and right side. and that will be it for now.

hrm. u odviously dont know the difference between the fake as s*** the car comes with and that u can see the difference yeah its not exactly the most noticable thing but at least is not that fake s***.

yeah prolly the parts surrounding the air vents on the left and right side, not sure yet tho. I have plenty so if you wanna do your i can hook you up man.

If it wasn't there to begin with and you added it, I'd say it looks cool. And I suppose you want it to match the other carbon fiber in your car, but I can't tell the difference from the side by side picture so I think you're just nit-picking.

*cough* blow me *cough* hrm. print out that the first picture, go look at ur car at the same angel ull see the difference, not nit picking, the fake s*** blows ass and looks trashy.
