Whining/Whistleing Noise During Idle

I have recently notice a whining/whistleing noise coming from the turbo exhaust manifold area when my 2003 MSP is idling. I cannot figure out where it is coming from. I have not noticed any performance loss or issues. When i turn the engine off, the noise still remains for a few second and then winds down like a siren turning off so I am thinking it is some type of air leak somewhere. I just replaced the exhaust manifold last year so I do not think it is that. Any ideas on what would be leaking in the turbo area?

Could be exhaust leak, vaccume/ boost leak. Or bearings starting to seize which is unlikely unless it does it while driving as well.

I would put my money on exhaust leak
