Which MSP ECU

Hey all,

I was considering getting an MSP ECU before a standalone and was wondering if someone could tell me if there was a specific ECU I need to get to make it work. I know there are about 3-4 different MSP ECU part numbers/models.

Do they differentiate by using a different tune or will it not be compatible?

Do you have a turbo setup? As far as I know there is only one MSP ECU, but I don't see how a stock MSP computer compares to a standalone? In price, difficulty to setup, performance, etc they aren't even in the same category.

I have a turbo set up waiting, I am still planning.

Ultimately I will go standalone, but I want to have some progress along the way of the turbo set up.

I think there is a miss-communication here... My 2nd sentence is referring to the MSP ECUs, if there were different variants of the MSP ECU.
