Which is the best Carbon Fiber hood

Were talking about the stock style here and this thread is to prove which company for once and for all has the BEST fitment and BEST finnish on their stock style hoods. Post which company you think have the best fit and finnish. (dont think about price)

Yup..my Ion cf hood has that logo. I guess they're the same And yes they make the best hoods so far, by far.

no offence meant, but that is a bit of a silly question. Unless you have someone who's had all the types of hoods to view up close at the same time, that's a very difficult question to answer. Far too subjective.

I have never seen a FI one in person. I have seen a Vis one in person. I can compare the Vis to the Gemini and know that the Vis sucks ass. But for me to haphazardly compare one hood that i have seen to another that i haven't... well that's an aweful prejudicial thing for me to do, and i won't. What i will do though is say that i have seen crappy hoods in person at car shows and i've seen the quality Gemini makes. Gemini makes excellent quality. (not like the hoods i've seen with the same type of reverse vent but the worst laying up of carbon fiber i've ever seen. (like if i were to do it myself.. lol)

If you are actually interested in finding out which is best, find out which is best for you. What particularities of each hood works best for you.

I dunno how much you do know about the Cf hoods out there, so here is an example of crappy cf work. (on some civic at a car show)

I was thinking about gemini before putting up the thread and i just wanted to get other opinions of those who actually have see the gemini hood and or the FI in person before I spend the 960 bones after shipping and all that. Thanks for your input guys and I guess gemini will getting another order as soon as i raise the funds

I'd have to go with the gemini hood just because of cost. I wasn't impressed with the vis hoods i've seen. And FI it expensive. (All FI hoods i've seen have been excellent though). The Gemini hood just seems to have better price than the FI and better quality than the VIS.
