which color to get for speed3

hi all !!, I'm the new guy here

I already put down a deposit for cb, but seen I have not gotton a build date yet the sale guys say I can still change the color

The million dollar question would be which color to choose between this two

Silver
or

Cosmic Blue

I would get silver just because it can get dirty and not show it like black does. Not to mention scratches are hardly noticable on a silver car whereas they stand out on black cars.

I like the silver, too. Black is very nice, but I feel like I'm constantly washing & waxing my black Protege 5 - and then rushing it inside my garage..

.. I don't think he even mentioned black as an option of what he's looking between. Silver or blue.

I'd go with the blue. I think it stands out more than the silver -- but not to the degree that red would. A nice in-between distinction.

Cause think about it. There are a LOT of silver cars in the world. It's an incredibly popular color. For good reasons, sure -- but still. My personal preference would be to choose something different.

I didn't read anywhere that he said black either... so I just picked up my MSP two days ago, and I went for the blue... and everyone so far has said that it is an awesome color... and like the other guy said, there are'nt a million other cars out there with that blue, but you can't even look the other way with out seeing a silver car...

Yea I guess I missed that. Even when comparing to blue silver is a better color. I havent washed my silver protege in almost a year and it looks like it was washed recently.

You're right, he did not mention black. My mistake..

The blue is nice too, but I just wish it were darker; the tone & saturation are nice, it's just such a light looking blue. Of course, I have not seen one in person.

Yea, the cosmic blue color its not very appealing to me. Im still at a loss for words as to why mazda doesnt have the royal blue color from the regular 3 on the MS3. With that color, the MS3 would sell alot better.

I know their trying to make color differences between models but the royal blue color is so nice and I think they made a huge mistake by trying to change the color to the cosmic blue.

thumbs up to that. Sunlight Silver Metallic is an awesome color. Barely shows dirt, scratches, etc.

I agree it would sell well nut I just hate the royal blue. Reminds me too much of late 80's Camaros.

Yes, yes it is...

But if the MS3 had come in a nice bright blue, that would have been my first choice.

The red on the MS3 looks a bit 'tomato-ey' under certain light. Kinda funny, actually.
