Which AUX solution is better?

Hi,
So I have a 2008 Mazda 3, and I cant live without AUX input for my iPhone 4.
I searched everywhere for solutions and now have to decide between two of them.
one is Sylfex AuxMod, I guess every knows this one, looks good.
second is a USB/SD/AUX solutoin, cheapest i could find are those:

AuxMod is 70$ with shipping while the kit is 90$, extra 20$ seems worth the USB/SD feature right?! will it be a better option?
my main concern is quality, I guess that the USB Kit has an internal processor and maybe some amplifying chips and those can effect quality, while i have no idea how the AuxMod works, is it a direct connection? or does the audio signal go thought some audio processing as well?

So bottom line, how the AuxMod works (direct connection or not)?
and what do u think would be a better option? considering the prices.

hm?! did u read anything i wrote?
i aware of the solutions available, that not my problem.
my questions are about the quality of each product that I linked to (im looking for the cleaner input possible, no sound processors, amplifiers, etc)
and because the price is quite close, what would be a better option?

What I posted is what I would go with. But my car came stock with the AUX input.
