where to place hood pins?

yea soundz stupid lol, but ive never delt wit them, but gonna be gettin some pretty quick here, so was wondering where to place them. i have the VIS carbon fiber hood, so if you have any measurments that would be coo thanks.

I think you have to put them on the piece of frame behind the headlights dont you? How far apart or together is up to you and how you want them to look.

Yeah, unless you wanna make them somewhere else a drill another hole in the frame, but thats probably the best place for them, thats where id do it.

im doin it for a different reason though bro, my hood dont set flush, i tried everything, the only way it does set flush and even on both sides is if i take out the latch. so im gonna take that out and just put the pins.

But i will also put some pins on my future muscle car lol. got some choices in mind lol. all i know 454 or higher for me!

I dont know how it looks under your hood but on my car above the headlights on the frame their is a hole on each side of the car about 1/2" round I used a dremel and made the hole big enough to put the pin in and they were a perfect fit .
