Where to buy aftermarket Mazda2 stuff?

We have the stainless long tube headers and 2.25 exhaust in dyno testing right now. Turbo kit is in beta testing, and the 330mm brakes are done and on the test mule along with the coilover set up

Can you give any more info on the brakes? Are these for all four corners, or do we still have to use the drum brakes?

Definitely interested in a catback.

Now that I have it in my garage....
*Bottom panel/skid plate for the front engine bay...= better aerodynamics for the underside.
*catback + CAI..feels like it needs to breath a bit easier

Handling is fantastic but it looks like a 4x4 from the side.

jmac36 - are you interesting in becoming an Authorized Vendor to advertise your products on this site?

brakes are four wheel disk 330 mm front and 300mm rear

Very interested in this, and in a CAI kit. just picked up a Yozora Ed. 2, and looking to get a bit better hp out of it. Better braking would go a long way too!

I just ordered samples of a Front Strut bar and Lower Subframe brace, will be here in a couple weeks.
Also have a Carbon-Fiber intake coming (but that's about 2 months out) and in the process of test-fitting
a catted header and cat-back exhaust. I should have installed pics of the exhaust stuff in a week or so.

What kind of dyno? I ask because you seem to be a touch high baseline. Not that it matters as long as you stay to the same dyno while tuning.

Your correct on the timing but both our test cars are horribly lean until 3800~ then get pretty rich.
We use the same dyno, MAHA LPS3000 PKW

The car was stock or with induction and the exhaust?

When hitting the pedal, i see 13.8 afr and immediately drops to 12:1 or even richer

100oct gasoline.

Both dyno runs were done on the same dyno(Maha).

With the stock 4.1 fgr I think a revlimit at 7200 would be perfect.
My car had maximum power just 50-100rpm below the revlimit(6500) so the cams should hold good power until 7200.

Check also for a head gasket in order to increase a little bit the stock relativly low compression(only 10:1).

Keep up the good work!We are waiting for the hot stuff!! :Ο)

amazing... i need this reflash... tomorrow I'll make a small update of my project

the rev limit on our test car was raised to 7200, but we suggest 7000 unless you do cam /head work.

The stock 2 went from 83whp on our dynapak to 102 with nothing more than the reflash, but the jump in area under the tq curve makes the car sooooo much more fun to drive

How is AV status coming?

Thats a lot of horsepower for just an ecu tuning...maybe its because the us model has strict euro5 regulations and a very low rev limit compared to the european and japanese mk1 models.

Anyway, the power gain is VERY big and it would be intresting what this car can do with a proper induction and exhaust system!
