Where is MAM!??

they wouldnt "whine" if they had their parts on time or even late... apparently you didnt read my post. its not as easy as asking mam for a refund. ive tried.
Want to know how many times i was told my things, others things were shipped and they never see them? i dont care to remember...
your point of saying why no one supports our car has nothing to do with people not getting good service. if you (a company) dont want to support us then dont offer to, and if thats how u react to a customer complaint, im damn glad you dont make parts for us.

im done twiddleing with this post, as usual it will go nowhere, but slowmotion your not alone.

where does it say that the customer is wrong? In the instance of the TB yes I think they are. The others I dont know but my point of asking for a refund is still valid.

and my point of why nobody wants to support our cars is still valid, if I had to listen to people whine about this s*** all the time I would leave to

What the hell is going on with my order?!

I understand the chaos that a big move can bring, but a little communication isn't a difficult thing and can hardly be blamed on moving. I ordered, and paid for, a set of Guage Rings on June 8th. Received no confirmation, and no replies to my emails or PMs on this site.

No reciept, no confirmation, no communication = Myself under the belief that I got ripped off, regardless of the reassurances of other forum members.

I have not had a chance to read through this whole thing. Right now we are loading our last load from AZ. As for parts shipping, We sent off 25+ packages last week. Since we are in AZ now I can not see where your part is. The best way is to PM me. It's not like we are leaving. We are knee deep in a moveand many changes. If you are looking for your part, PM me. As for your gauge rings Slowmotion, send me a PM with your full name and address.

Um..... This is a major source for their consumer base well, I would think at least, seeing as how they make MSP parts. and this is a mazda forum. With alot of people who spend money on their cars. A simple bulletin, sayin whats up and addressing the problem would put a lot of people at ease

Thank you. Many of these threads are posted in our section.

My proof is in the attaced pictures.

Jason C,

Your manifold shipped USPS Prioirty mail. Since I'm in AZ I can not post the sheet Igot from USPS.

It shipped here:
Jason Carrier
3901 Battleground Ave. Apt. 46
Greensboro, North Carolina 27410
United States

When I get back I'll send you a copy of the slip. During this we find that you had pistons and rods and that The manifold was for you friend Jason.

I'm sure you've read this thread, what do you make of it, besides thinking that they're just too busy to send out orders but not too busy to collect money from customers?

From what i've read from everyone's postings on here about having issues with deliveries and no responses as well as my own order that i believe they lied about it being sent, you can make your own determination, and let me know, please?

If they're too busy with their new shop to ship to customer's both old and new, how come they're not too busy to lie to customers?

Actually this is My(Beau) first time loading in for several weeks. I have another employee who has been answering PM's while I'm getting the last leg of the move done.

just a FYI, pat doesnt work for mam, he just did the site. beau owns mam.

OMFG... I didn't know Mental Addiction was managed by Patrick PDAUDIO83. I only realized this as I was looking around their website and clicked into their forum for more information. (http://www.**************************.com/forums/showthread.php?p=594#post594)

Well, good luck dealing with that fool. He blundered on a GROUP order several years ago on a simple product, easy-to-ship product, FRONT GRILL for the MP3. The entire group who joined in on the buy didn't get their STUFF because HIS supplier didn't follow through on the delivery and that the supplier just took the money and ran.... Patrick was the guy marketing the group buy and took everyone's money to give to his supplier, Patrick was 100% responsible for the group buy, yet he lost our money and had absolutely no way to get it back for us.... I don't think anyone received a refund for that group buy (I sure as hell did not!). I had thought he was a trust-worthy mofo, but I was really ticked off for losing $200+ for nothing.

If I ever see Patrick involved with any product for sale, I will stay the hell away from him. He obviously doesn't know the first thing about customer service ... even with his experience back with HIS lack of organization.

To think I was interested in their MSP hardpipes for $199, fock that ...pisses me off just thinking about how I was going to dish out another $200 to that fool. (fu)

*jumps off soap box*
-sorry, the thought of that past memory just made me see red for a moment.

This is all I need. I'm satisfied now. I think this will help alot of the people on here that have static with everything as well since we are seeing interest from the company. Thanks for the update. I can't wait for my midpipe!! :)

People wouldnt complain if their parts were delivered on the terms provided at the time of sale. If these shops would just tell you it'll take 6 months for your manifold or it will take 4 months for your rods/pistons they'd understand waiting that long. Not oh it'll take 4 weeks for rods/pistons and it's been 12 already and still no product. Or it'll be 45 business days (but not regular business days, beau's business days which is 3 business days per week) for your manifold. I mean in my business if I was to do that it would come to a crashing hault, people dont want to put up with that kind of crap.

This is a great example of why we are dropping Wiseco. Wiseco gives US a time line that we relay to the customer. When they do not come through on that we(Vendor) takes the wrap. I made a post in our section stating that we are dropping Wiseco because of this. Wiseco tells us one more week, one more week. I only relay what I was told. If you think it's us, cal Wiseco. Steve @ NSN can tell you just how Wiseco is.

If you are in Canada their's not much we can do once it ships. Time and time again we find that customs can hold things for 1-5 weeks. Only way around this is to send it UPS and charge more. Then you get nailed on taxes.

RIght now we are in the middle of a rough move. What was expected to take 2 weeks has now ended up as 6 and we are still moving. Long story short, the company that was in the building we took over was set to move out May 16th.. That day can and went. After waiting for 2 weeks, myself and my employee's moved there stuff outside for them. That put us 2 weeks behind. Then the 700 mile 1 way trip takes 12-15 hours pulling a trailor. Days are lost.
We have many things that have been changing for sometime. I do not claim to be perfect, but strieve to be. I have hired on 2 employees to help with shipping, phones, etc. I promise you things will get better. Since I'm not on much I can not answer PM's personally and have Mike doing them for me. Mike only knows what he's told or feels he knows. Sometimes people's orders get crossed and confused. It happens and we are putting in controls to limit mistakes.

It's not that I choose not to spend time here answering PM's. The fact is right now I do not have time. I have to train, build, order, ship, etc
Until I get my 2 employees up to speed it will be a bumpy ride. However we will iron that road out over time.

I was commenting to tekkie if thats how he feels. If you ran MAM like that (that being saying were all whiners and who cares)then you wouldn't be expanding or even be here.

Plese dont say you feel sorry, your words have very little weight with me.

and for the record, i totally understand manufactures can kill lead times, but the fact of the matter is, you tell people things shipped when they havent (sometimes). why not just wait till its in your hands or you know something is dropped shipped with proof? It would save you hours of aggravation, thats the point im trying to make. I think that when things come up, people that bought things from you shouldnt make statements for you, because they like to dance around whats actually happening with comments on how great mam is, or how whiney someone is. only you and your employees know whats really happening. everyhting else is speculation. Instead of hiring workers/fabricators (during your expanding), hire a secretary or someone to give weekly or whatever confirmation or feedback to customers, its not that hard and its so crucial to running a good business, beleive me ive done it. you wouldnt even have to spend hours searching for MAM on here.

im not bashing you either cause im above that but im not gonna let people who dont even work for you speak on your behalf based solely on their own experience.

That is exactly correct, that is my address. I'll be waiting to see it. And blthlt (Barry) was the one who ordered rods/pistons.

That secretary has been answering Pm's for the last several weeks and will be doing much more once we are set up.
As for people speaking on y behalf, that is only close friends, sponsors and employees. Customers only speak there experience.
