I would find a better place for it !

CP-E said in the battery box is best, but to block off the air scoop from the hood. The standback isn't sealed against water. If you go nuts like I may have the air tract on the hood has a diverter that you can remove to get more air to the ic also.

ahhh i figured out how to post pics (cool) lol

my switch is installed in the same place i think i'm actually gonna mount mine on the battery box as well because on top of the fuze box i think water can get to it....

if you put it in the front of the battery instead of the back it benifits from that air pocket in the hood that channals air into the battery. man i would love to have the switch setup like you have it that is sweeet!

If you missed my post CP-E said to remove the battery air duct and block it off. The standback is NOT sealed against water.

Front of battery box.

Front of battery box.

Thats the first pics of the XEDE Unit I have seen installed. I think the plastic case of that is more water tight than CP-E's design as well. How was that set up from the factory? The base map is nothing more that 0's? I have a Standback and the same intake and I keep getting lean codes at idle so I'm just wondering if you had the same problems.

XEDE is water resistant.. just dont submerge it or anything.

It comes with a base tune for a stock car. Thats what got me the 280whp and 310 tq dyno runs stock + XEDE.
