How much faster is hwy 231 and what is the speed limit? And who all here thats going is going to go right at the speed limit? Usually on I-24 I usually go like 10over, but I also have a $130 radar detector that shoots at around a mile or so of distance. And it goes over hills, so if anyone wants me to lead, and whoever can just tell me when to turn or exit I will. I don't mind taking one for the team as far as getting tickets...I just pull out the Military ID and I usually get out of tickets, or they are very low and I get the whole "thank you for serving young man" speech. But ya.

Chris, I can get your body kit if it fits in the back of my car.. I can lay down my back seat. Just as long as all I have to do it pick it up, then I can do it.

I was going to follow dugger_8, but It would be easier, faster, and save gas if I take Chattanooga. I have the most advanced Radar detector, but I tend to have luck not finding cops at 100 mph.

The speed limit is 55 mph most the way. There is one town we pass through that drops it to 45 mph and the cops are not so friendly. It really is a quick way and most people will be on the interstate. 65 mph is usual on this road, at least that's what I do sometimes. I'm not too big into speeding anymore.

After my hefty ticket for doing 94 in a 55 today...my bday of all . I am slowing down for a while.

Ash, thats cool if you can get the kit, that would save me a huge amount of time...uhm...why dont we do this...you get the kit, and instead of you going from knoxville to huntsville, I will pay for your gas and then some if you just bring it to Nashville, and from there we can bring it to my boy's house (hes the one painting it for me) then you and I can go to the Food Lion and meet with the rest of everyone. Is this ok? I know its a long trip, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could bring it up here to Nashville for me. Please let me know so I can arrange a time for you to pick it up I was gonna go get it this weekend on Saturday, which I may still do just to make things less hassle. But gimme a call when you wake up tomorrow and we can sort s*** out.

Yeah No Problem I can pick up your kit. Thanks for paying for the gas from Knoxville to Nashville, that was one thing that was keeping from following you and dugger8. Going from Knoxville,TN to Atlanta, GA and back was only a little under $60, so it won't be that much to get from Knoxville to Nashville. I REALLY don't mind to bring that to you.. It actually works out because I wanted to follow you guys down.

After my hefty ticket for doing 94 in a 55 today...my bday of all . I am slowing down for a while.

I got one on mother's day for 90 in a 70. I blame the nice weather for my speed, even though it was my fault.
