I know it looks like I'm a noobie, but I've been here in the past under a different name. I (had) a Protege5 until last Thursday when I totaled it.

I decided to go with the 3 as a replacement. To make a long story short...I just got one over the phone and I'm going to pick it up tonight. It's an 06 with side airbags and 4 wheel abs...out the door $15,000. Not sure about other features...they aren't really a concern of mine, but one thing I thought was standard was alloy wheels and power locks. Is this not true? I tried calling the dealer but he didn't get it right away and I am impatient.

i think the base 'i' model does have roll up windows and steel wheels with wheel covers... but if you have side air bags i would think that would be at least the upper I model if not the S model... good luck

Ive got an 06 hatch, but it does not have the side airbags. It was an add on option packaged with a few other things..
