I have an 08 Crystal white MICA. I think that having the rim look DEEP dish? Is the best. Is this called offset or is offset the clearance from the caliper? Any help would be great. Also, I am looking for a Black wheel with a deep polished lip...Any suggestions? Thanks for the idea.(first)

How deep is deep dish to you? Might be a little limited in what you find, unless you go custom which is $$$$. width and offset are going to be the 2 biggest factors in the wheel. Being that anything over an 8" wide rim might give you some clearance issues, you could probably get a small lip without much problem. Unless you start rolling fenders, or going with a widebody.

to get any type of "deep dish" you are going to need a pretty wide wheel and offsets way lower than you would need for our car.
the offset is the distance of the pad(where the lugs go) to the center of the wheel. the center of the wheel would be a 0 offset a plus offset would bring the pad closer to the outside of the car. a negative offset would bring the pad closer to the inside or brakes of the car. negative and low offset wheels are the ones with the deep dish you want. to fit them on our car will not be easy.
