What would you consider an acceptable price for a dead PR5?

My 2002 PR5 has bitten the dust. Threw a rod or somesuch. She was faithful and true for 175k miles, but now, to my dismay, she is defunct. I would like to convert my loss into cash so I can get a new mount. I'm not a true car guy, so I don't have it in me to spend time and money on engine diagnostics or replacement. I simply want to sell her as-is, but preferably not to a scrapyard. What do you think a reasonable asking price would be? She'd make an excellent project car, or parts donor.

Single owner (ME), purchased new in June 2001.

Body: 100% Intact, no collisions. Paint is faded and patchy, some scratches and minor dents. All original glass.

Tires: Matched set of Kumho Ecsta 4X, approximately 6 months old, otherwise flawless, due for first rotation when she bit it.

Electronics: Fully-functional, including cruise control, factory single-CD/AM/FM stereo. Fog lamps need bulb replacement.

Interior: Black cloth, stock, as faded as you'd expect a 12-year-old car to be, but otherwise in good shape.

K&N air filter in the stock intake box (I know, I know, shush, you.).

Guessing by fading paint that it's black? I know the paint on my spoiler is pretty faded and haven't heard anything else about colors fading...
But yes, if you can tear it apart you'll for sure get a lot more money than you would trying to sell it in one piece. If you have the know-how and the time (I know you said you're not a true car guy, but give it a chance), take that thing apart! Lots of people are lookin for replacement parts. Is your car mostly stock (besides the K&N filter in the stock box; don't worry, that's how mine's set up....for now)?

Also, it might help if you mentioned where you were located. Maybe someone nearby could come and pick her up? Or take the parts off themselves?
