2003 Mazda Protege ES GT
Hey guys, I have another question. I am thinking about getting a body kit for my protege (ES Sedan), and I am also thinking about getting a set of lowering springs. I am a little hesitant to get both as the roads here in Nova Scotia aren't the best for low cars, and I feel the car would be too low if lowered and kitted. If I am to do one or the other what should it be - I need help deciding, and since you guys have experience with all this stuff, I'd appreciate your input.

Thanks

If you're concerned about it, do one thing at a time, see how you like it, and if you think you can go any lower with just one of them on.

that's true, I guess I'm just wondering what will look the best on my car if I only do one thing.

body kits at stock height always look funny to me... so if only one, get springs...

if you are worried about it that much, why not juet get some eibach prokit... it doesn't lower to dangerous levels... just dont get a really low body kit

that's what I thought, the body kit just wouldn't look good without being lowered - I was thinking about getting the evotion springs for mine (1.25" drop)

1.25" drop is nothing...i don't think you'll have a problem with that kit as long as the body kit isn't insane.
