What size to get for +0 tire size for stock P5 rims?

I'm in the market for new dry+wet performance tires soon for my 2003 P5 with 16in rims. I wanna do a +0 upgrade, but dunno whether to go with 205/50/16 or 205/45/16.

I know there isn't much difference, just that the 45 series will be "1.7% too fast" and the 50 series will be "1.7% too slow"

I got stock suspension so I'm just wonderin which would be better.
