What offset should i get ?

I plan to get Kayaba new SR + Tein S tech spring
and custom rotor with Wilwood Dynapro 4pot caliper
also wanna get Volk GT-C Gold ....
spec are

Front 17x7 4x100 +35
Rear 17x8 4x100 +38
Tire are 205/40/17

will it fit without rubbing, on full load and bumping ?

17's are very heavy and will slow down your car bigtime and fuel mileage is going to drop as well ..personally id go 15x7 +36 with 205/50x15

i personally like the 17" tho, with the slow down and fuel mileage i can accept that issue

and also don't want the wheels to poke out much

i'm kind of new with this wheel spec thing (this is my first car )
