What MPG are you getting?

23-24 over the life of the car. road tripping i can pull 30-31. mixed driving it's usually right at 24. i get 315 or so before i fill up.

Making me feel bad. Why is my car so crappy on the fuel? I'm not THAT crazy with the gas pedal.

Mods in sig.
I commute about 18 miles each way every day to work and average about 20-22mpg; less if I get on it once in a while. On the highway, I get between 26-28 averaging about 80mph. If I use fuel system cleaner (I only use Lucas) at the beginning of the trip, I can get about 30-31 for the first couple of tanks.

You guys to understand that the onboard trip computer is WAY off the mark right?

Mine says I'm getting 19.XXmpg but in reality it's like 16-17mpg at best.

This car is gas hog unless you're cruising on the HWY or pussy footing everywhere.

I'd have to disagree. I accelerate moderately (not pussyfooting it, and not laying into it), and I get 20-22 on average....and actually, today I filled up and actually calculated this tank to be roughly 24mpg (drove 280 miles and it took about 11.5 gallons). You must be hard on it all the time, or you have a ton of mods to be getting only 16-17 at best.

yup mine based on past 2 year calculation my fuel consum avg from the onboard is only 1 mpg off from actual. I think thats pretty dang good. oh and I normally get 26-27 mpg, but could be from my reflash helping too.

On stock rubber: 25-27mpg
On winter rubber: 24-26mpg

Best: 33mpg all highway at 65mph
Worst: 22mpg lots of back roads and 2 trips to the drive-ins

Most of the roads I drive on are 40-55mph, or the interstate. Not a lot of true "city" driving.

The car one morni feel flat on its face when accelerating like bad gas then it ran sporadically worse while throeng a coed, erased it came back, borrowed a Snap On scanner and said it was time to replace Top oO2 sensor.

I live in Austin, Texas and have been calculating my gas mileage for the past year with every fill up of 93 octane. I consistently get 20-21 mpg regardless of season. I commute 15 miles to work in mixed driving.

I think a lot of depends on what additives are used in your area from discussion on the message board in the past. I definitely do drive aggressively, but i've tried to pussyfoot it for an entire tank and it made no difference. Only mod- MSCAI.

Still getting right around 21 mpg every fill-up. I've heard that the mileage goes way down for shorter trips. Probably part of my problem. My commute is only about 15 miles. Mostly county roads where I cruise at 50-70 mph with a few stops.

My commute is a **** hair over 5 miles through some of the worst rush hour traffic in the country. Even getting to work at 6:45 am, I have to contend with 18 traffic lights and bumper-to-bumper conditions. I get about 19 on my commute.

Well that doesn't make me feel so great about my mileage then.

My commute is a nice peaceful cruise down country roads lined with fields of corn and soybeans until about the last couple miles when I get into a suburban area with a few stop lights.

I'd quit my job if I had to drive in Arlington/D.C. traffic everyday. I can't stand that stuff.

I just did actually... hated the job and hated the commute even more... 495/270 spur = FML.

Though I somehow still managed about 25 mpg.
