What mileage are you getting?

My average take usually lasts me 390 miles untill the low fuel light comes on. I believe thats somewhere around 32-33 mpg. NOt bad, hopefully will increase when I put the grounding kit in. :D

you guys are lucky.
I have the auto and get about 23 (combo of highway and city driving)

Best I've seen was ~28 mpg on the trip to Carlisle and back.

BTW - I've got a RB catback, and Injen CAI. They don't do s*** for milage..... but it sounds / runs good! :D

would breaking in the car very early affect the gas milege??

What do you mean by very early? Like gunning it to redline after only a few miles? I doubt that would help things.

And what's the point of doing that?

I've calculated the mileage twice so far (only had the car for just over a week) the first time my driving was more aggressive and i got 331 miles on the tank using 12.05 gallons of fuel(89 octane) translates to just slightly over 27 MPG. combination of highway and local driving(suburbs). the second time I wasnt driving so hard and was a little less local driving I did only slightly better. 12.14 gallons and 340 miles=exactly 28MPG. (89 octane)
I have a 5 speed manual tranny, injen intake and cat back R3 Racing exhaust, (and not sure if the previous owner put a new chip in, dont know how to find out of if there even is one available for our cars) The car also already has 40k plus miles. I am sure I can do better with the mileage, but I cant stop driving the car aggressively, It's SO much friggin FUN!!!!!:D

after just over 64000Km (that's about 40000 miles) I've averaged 29.97 mpg.
best tank mileage - 38.67
most fun tank - 25.05

did I mention that that's for an imperial gallon?
works out to 32.21 and 20.86 per US gallon.

:( I'm only getting 23 to 27 miles/gallon. I do have a bike rack, so I guess It's OK.(nuts)

I wonder if that's the difference.. I have a rack too and have yet to break 30... usualy right around 26-28 regardless of roads..

Hell I if couldn't break 30mpg driving across this last weekend I probably never will

edit, why don't my "img" tags work?

usually 27-28 mixed urban and some highway. Best was 34, highway and with a full load.

Will be towing a small trailer this summer, curious to see what will happen to the mileage.

I had bought a MS exhaust (this is my first aftermarket exhaust)

wanted to hear the rev..

If you only did it a few times, you should be fine. Just don't keep it there for a long time.

Mileage...

I've got a stock P5 with a manual, and I get exactly the mileage advertised on the window sticker - 26 city / 31 hwy. :)
