what kinda problems will I run into with this turbo swap?

I'm thinking of buying a used gt28 from a guy locally it came off of a Nissan s14 stock... If your familiar with this style gt28... I realize the cold side will need an adapter on intake and intercooler inlet... But most importantly will exhaust bolts line up to the stock callaway manifold? And will the size of any of the outer turbo housing have proper clearance? I have stock radiator and fans also will the waste gate be an issue where it's located... One more question I have forged internals but I run on the stock ecu with no piggyback or tuning will this be a problem trying to run a t28 on stock setup with stock injectors as well? Thanks guys

See the oval? that bolt hole on the the dp will need to be widened. It will line up with the manifold no prob, but the turbo will need to be clocked to use it.
