1. normal driving (no redline, no racing, no hpde/autocross event)

2. dive on the streets but like to have fun (redline/hitting close to redline, but not race event)

3. Drag race more that 2 times a year

4. autocross and hpde/road events/time trials more than 2 times a year

also if you do 2-4 if you guys can list any issues youve had like broken mounts/etc..

want to know if what kind of people drive the ms3 and if there is a correlation between different driving styles and certain problems like mount failure etc.

This is the trap isn't it. I have never driven over 55, even in 65 mph zone. I do not know what this thing you say redlines is. and why would you drag something ?I don't even have a trailer hitch.

I'd like to vote but it's between 1 and 2. I drive "spirited" but have got close or redlined the car only a few times.

i redline most of the time when Im alone. if racing with any one, strictly 5700!!!! but i drive the heck out of mine. i have dumped the clutch maybe twice so far.
power delivery at redline is very little, but theres definately power there.

hey that's probably about as true as the ones I've seen on every other car board I've ever been on.

Hmm Ive done 2 and 4 on your choices (once a year not twice...) - never had problems with the bolts etc... tires get chewed but thats about it... as far as redlining you really shouldnt do it as the power drops off significantly before redline anyway.... and no Ive yet to redline it in 6th gear... (would be a feat tho given the drag limits :D )
