What is needed to install Sat Nav in a 2013 CX-5?

I've just bought a 2013 CX5 that I was told had sat nav. It turns out it doesn't and there is no SD card slot. I have read that you can buy this and an SD card but do I need to buy anything else?

Are you sure it doesn't have an Nav SD slot? In the 1st gen cars, the slot is in the front dash to the left and just below the steering wheel. (Note sure if all trims have it though.)

Yeah I seen on other forums that this is the case. Presume was not purchased as an option. My car has the nav button but is does not do anything. You can but the sd card slot and reader. My question is do I just need to buy the slot and sd card or is there more to it?

Thread 'Add-On Navigation'

I'm looking to buy the add-on Navigation for my '14 CX-5. I'm seeing several part numbers. Can anyone offer input on which is the correct one?

Most of the ones I've seen are either KD37-79-EZX or KJY2-79-EZX.

I did find one on ebay with this p/n and explanation.. Anyone know if that is correct and if it will work ok?

The Mazda Part number is KJY2-79-EZXB. This is the newest model and replaces KD37-79-EZX and KJY2-79-EZX
