What is everyones oil of choice?

little confused about that lucas article, so it would not be a good thing in an msp engine? never tried it but was thinking of it.

Basically, the Lucas foamed up, which is a bad thing. Foam=air bubbles and everywhere there's an air bubble there's no oil, since, obviously, air is where the oil should be. Personally except for the 5 minutes I idle using Sea Foam, before an oil change, I don't add anything to my oil. There's also a good read on Molybdenum on there. That can be an addicting site.
 
Am I the only one who uses valvoline 10w-30? Wow, I always thought that valvoline was the most popular choice but it looks like mobile is the way to go. Probaly won't change though...i get free oil service from my dealership for screwing up some warranty issues and they uses valvoline.
