i looked for rubbing when i took my wheels off and found nothing also my suspesion is stock and mazda said they checked everthing and it was all up to specs plus all 4 off my tires did this the picture i posted was the worst one

Doomer, it's caused by sidewall flex. I had the same problem on the dunlops that came off the rear of may car. It doesn't help that the rear is the easiest to camber out also. But it was still in spec when I aligned the car. It's only happened on the dunlops though, b/c I've had Sumitomo Htr ZII's on my car for almost a year with no sign of tire wear on the inside edge of the tire. Also make sure you rotate them every 3-5000 miles.

Thanks guys. No sign of rubbing at all even with SPOOL springs. Hopefully the Yokohamas will fair better. Wow, that was quite a surprise to see everyone with the issue :).

My Dunlops when I had them replaced looked just like everyone elses pictures...maybe not AS bad, but the same pattern...pissed me off when I saw it, the tire guys didn't seem to phased though...they just said I must drive funny or something (drunk) ...
I haven't cheked the new Falkens recently, which means I should go do that :)

I got about 20-25k miles out of my dunlops though, so I can't be too angry...(I drive like a Pu$$y unless its an on/off ramp (dem is my fav-o-rite!)
