What I can check?

2007 Mazda CX-9
After a visit to the dealer to repair an issue with the rear windows, the lights in the main unit radio, the blue light at the arm rest and the small blue light near the sun roof control do not came on. The dealer told me that they only changed the main control unit of the windows. I check all fusible and are ok. Any suggestion that i can check before going again to the dealer? 2007 CX-9 GT.
 
Get back to a dealor and have them re-check all of the lighting systems. Someone messed up and their claim of ' we only did whatever' doesn't hold water! Let us know how this turns out. If push comes to shove, contact Mazda USA!
 
I continue with the saga...the dealer told me that they need another CX-9 to remove the main unit radio and tested in my car. They thinks that is something with the radio. The only lights that are on when I turned on the main lights are for the clock and the panel with the gauges.
 
Ask the service mgr to come into the sales area and then start explaining the whole process over again - make sure all the prospects here you clearly...then, if they are waiting for another CX9, then tell them to lead you to the [free] loaner car you will need until they have the time to troubleshoot the matter - DO NOT BACK DOWN !!!!!!!!!

If you do not get the immediate satisfaction you want, then have the # ready for MAZDA USA and then call them in the SALES AREA and explain the entire process all over again...let us know how it goes after you do this.

2nd this. They are there to provide you service not just your car. Put them to work for you. Get managers involved if you are not satisfied. It's their job to make you happy :)
 
Well, I have a date to next Tuesday. Will keep informed..... By the way where I can find the electrical wiring diagram?
