What have you done to your P5 today?

^^^ If you find a good deal on StopTech's, post it up. I'm shopping for front lines too.

I'm going for all 4 corners since the brake light keeps coming on (cold weather plus my fianc's hard braking habits)

This is what I've found so far so it looks like I'm getting these: http://www.autoaccessoriesgarage.co...ess-Steel-Brake-Line-Kit/_Mazda-Protege5-2003

So once my refund comes in (should be in the next week or two) here is my list so far:
Spicy's ECU
Matt's Projectors with new HID Kits... anyone want my old set of 8000k? lol
Either RB or Vibrant Cat back (can't decide yet, but I know that I don't want a foldger's can or a drone)
H&R Springs
New Passenger side mirror (stupid garage)
Tires, and possibly new rims as well (17s)

As well as 2 new iPhones for me and Amy (32GB)
and a much needed new laptop

the dam P0302 CEL keeps coming on, and ive cleared it like 5 times now lol
its def only coming on at idle, the idle is a bit bumpier then normal, so im going to do a vac leak test today and see if i find anything
its weird that its only cyl 2, hoping there is an easy fix

EGR is deleted, spark plug looked good, havent checked the injector....not really sure how i would do that

Im going to switch the plug over to cyl3 and reset the code, see if the missfire goes to cyl 3 or not to rule out the spark plug for sure

Oh I almost forgot to add this to my shopping list:
My belts just started to squeak so I'm looking around for a complete pulley set and all the belts needed...

So, who wants to have an install meet when I get all this in the mail? lol

well found a few vac leaks...by the injector O rings, of course
i hate those dam things, attempted to clean out the where the o rings go, and applied a little grease to the o rings
helped on the ones that were leaking but now some of the other ones are leaking now, damittttt!

i gave up, its better then it was, I was about to put the turbosmart boost tee on too,
but i ran out of steam and i need to get my bike inspected today

what kinda grease did you use. The general rule of thumb is motor oil or some gasoline to lube the orings. Lube them before you put the oring on the injector and then lube the inside of the fuel rail where it plugs into. I had to do it a couple of time and through 2 sets of orings before i gave up and did some research on how to do it correctly. lol This was when I was putting in my 440s.

lithium grease, i was going to use motor oil but i was gettin pissed off pulling the fuel rail off like 3 times in a row so i just said **** it and grabbed the closed thing lol

Bought a new rear driverside caliper from Advance Auto for 75 bucks. got a nice deal from my friend who works there... was originally like 150 without the core, but got the core discount, even tho i didnt return the old one. sweeeet lol. now i just got find a place to do it.. since its 10 degrees out in NY right now. -_-

not catching any luck with this car...today when i pressure tested the system I pulled the intake off, turbo was bone dry (kinda weird, normally some residual oil)
when i put started the car, i left the filter off (on purpose) and i could see oil just working its way out of the seals :( when i revved the oil was pretty much just coating the whole inlet
i knew it was burning oil, but i had no idea it was this bad

Hi, I figure that we need a thread that alows P5 owners to enter any mods or anything done to rides every day!!
Today I told my P5 in the face that it will get fixed very soon(waiting on some dow$$$)
This is at it looks like right now! I actually jumped on the hood, so it looks alot better. (hah)

That was cool... Waiting for some budget though.. :D

would anyone recommend for a guy on a budget just to get snow chains instead of $300 new front snow tires... kinda skeptical about getting them and worried they mite scuff my rims paint. any thoughts?
