Blew the s*** out of a tire a couple days ago. Car's parked in front of my house now for a while though while I start piecing together more parts for it. I've got my new 08 TrailBlazer SS that I'm driving as a DD now

I got my big box o' parts (actually 7 boxes) today
The rockauto Canadian EGR comes with all the hoses, zip ties and gaskets that you need. It looks just like the Mazda kit and even includes a proper set of instructions (without pictures).

Its actually where the A/C condenser is ( due to the lack of a/c compressor, figured that i didnt need the condenser)
took it out for a spin. only boosting .38 hkpa (6psi) Im loosing 3.5psi somewhere.... I can hear it boost leaking though. I cant hear it unless im under load. =(

this is the one i used, worked awesome, and the 2" rubber coupler actually fits on a 2.5" pipe if you want to put it on the hot pipe and pressurize the system that way
i use 5 psi, dont really need to use more, and then just listen, maybe spray around some soapy water to see where it leaks
edit: and that alum. looks like it was tough to weld lol

Yep that ebay piping was a pain in the ass... lol
what about the BOV? I have it on the cold side. do i need to block that off or something? or i dont have to worry about it?

Yep the works awesome i had one and it found all the leaks in my DSM when i had it. The only trick is in order for it to work you really need to use an air compressor to build enough pressure
BOV should hold the pressure thats what it is designed to do

nah, no need to worry about the BOV, it wont (or shouldnt) leak
everything should be good, this will help you find leaks in the intake manifold too so its pretty usefull
