Ok so I found a pin hole in one of my coolant hoses. It's the one that goes from the throttle body to the drivers side of the engine. Does anyone know the inner diameter of it? I have to go to autozone and get a new one to replace it tomorrow.
im not sure which one it is, but its either the green or white one on top of the intake mani
I gotta sea foam my engine after the build get it nice and clean.Anyone done this yet?
So can anyone confirm which one it is? LOL, so I just remove the plug and I'm good to go?
green one..

Don't unplug the electrical connection. Only unplug the vac line.Cool thanks, I'll go unplug it so I don't forget tomorrow.
You will get a CEL if you unplug the solenoid if your running a none mp3 ecu.Yup.
But I thought if you unplug the solenoid it will give you a CEL? If you are installing a MP3 ECU you dont need to unplug anything. Just put in the new ECU and you're good to go. The MP3 doesn't have VTCS so it won't open or close those butterflies.
When I put in my MP3 ECU, I just swapped it in and didnt have to do anything under the hood. If you do the VTCS butterfly removal THEN you'll need to cap the solenoids vacuum lines.
Yup.

It works well bit I heard it's not good for turbo seals. But that's just what I heard
