well its about scraping the rack, since it hangs out past the bumper a bit. so when i go up a steep incline like a parking lot or driveway, it would scrape. happens on my friends stock height cavalier with the same rack

I still see no difference.
Look at the level of the outside mirrors, ones on the right are higher. Hard to tell any difference looking at the bottom of the bumpers because of the MSP lip on the white one making the car look a bit lower than the naked P5 bumper on the blue one. Also check out the roof lines while ignoring the rack on the white one. The front view pic.............

So can you not tell the difference with my car either? ;)

But yeah, the Eibach drop isn't very noticeable to the untrained eye.

kinda my point exactly though guys.

The eibach gives the drop to cut out enough wheel gap for the proper stance without being slammed and still being a functional daily driven car (minus the hitch) but if your buddy scraped on a stock car, i say don't do dat

Other option for bike carrying. . .

I've decided I'm going to order Corksport stainless steel brake lines soon, I'm tired of praying and crossing my fingers when I hit the brakes.

Also, I'm getting the FD wheels installed on Wednesday, I CAN'T WAIT!

If your brakes are that bad, I'm willing to bet the lines don't change anything (unless you have a spongy pedal, in which case simply bleeding them properly will fix it). What're they doing? Can you not lock up the tires (if you don't have ABS)?

They just don't work as well as they should. I have MSP front brakes with carbon ceramic pads and just regular ceramic pads in the rear. I've bled the system multiple times with Dot 4 racing fluid (overkill I know, but my buddy had an extra quart) and it just doesn't perform like it should. It might change when I go over to lighter wheels, who knows.

Finally got my Steedspeed mani and can use my thunder as paperweight...

Also finishing re-tinting my windows for the 3rd time. First black then silver and now black again. Silver although I like the look and being different and all but it pretty much does nothing for keeping the car cool so after a few years... back to running with the pack

That's specific. If you can lock the brakes up at will from say, a 25mph roll (ie: lock up before slowing down much), then it's your tires. If you can't lock the brakes at all, then you've got a caliper / pad problem.

Again, new brake lines aren't going to fix your problem. They just give you better pedal feel.

Got a new siren for my viper alarm installed. Old one was sounding pretty sick, now I have (supposedly) 128db blasting outta it.

It might be my tires, we'll see how it goes after I put the FD wheels on.
