What have you done to your P5 today?

Black is a fad? I worked at a powder coating shop and PC my Konigs black when they first started coming out with black wheels back in 2001 or so. Ive had a set of black wheels pretty much on everyone of my cars since then and my OEM wheels are black with winter rubber. 9 years later and people are still rocking black wheels, I don't think it's considered a "fad" anymore. But to each their own.

Yeah you're probably right, its just something I don't understand so I make fun of it. If black is what you like then by all means do it. I like to see the shape of my wheels and watch the spokes turn when I cruise past shop windows. IMO of course.

The pictures were a joke since I could put black wheels on the car with simple black circles. Thats what I think of when I see them.

I just like flat black and I don't like to be flashy so I think that's why I dig black wheels so much. Hell, if I could I would paint my whole car flat black, wheels and all. But then everyone would think it was crazy fast and I was trying to be a sleeper or a rat-rod or something.

1. Also look up the black book value of the car (just in case)
2. If you are looking for another Mustang I have family that works for Ford in both Detroit and Cleveland, let me know what exactly what you want and I could try to get you a deal (if i were to get a GT500 today it would cost me the Invoice Price at the most because of family discounts)
3. If you are gonna part out, do you have a parts list of mods that you would be willing to part with (I have a mental shopping list that I am looking at right now in my head)

I'm looking for an Azure Blue 03-04 5 speed Mach 1 but I think I will end up with another P5 or Mazda 3 hatch as a DD. 2 V8 Mustangs to put premium gas in and pay insurance on might be too much.
I haven't modded the car much, just HIDs (one was busted), K&N filter (just got a brand new unopened Weapon R short ram in the mail yesterday), Pioneer rear speakers, short antenna, evil M, Mazda6 rear wiper.

I'm going to get the parts off of it right now. I know i've got the stock roof racks in the attic and I will pull off as many parts as I can. I also have the stock rear floormats in good shape and clean stock foglights and foglight switch and rear hatch privacy cover thing. I will also try to swap out the tails for the broken stock ones to sell those.

I just found this one, it's relatively close and it's got leather and the roof rack delete. I could just clean up the headlights and put all my parts on it. Oh well, can't do anything until I get that check.

Thanks for the offer but I want a Red or Laser Blue with under 100k miles. Mine was garage kept, my mother drove it since new. It's a damn shame that car can't be fixed. I really like that A3E in Pasadena.

and i still have one . . . . . . . that is leaking oil. . . . .at 60K miles.........

and i know what the p5 has. that is why i havent touched the engine.

and i drove mine with the kid today.... she fell asleep as usual.

im debating fixing the fog light right now.

Touching the engine doesn't hurt reliability. FS-DE came with a time-bomb from the factory.
