What have you done to your P5 today?

Yeah it is sad. If I said I didn't shed a tear or two I'd be lying. It's just time to move onto something else. I can't justify modifying a four door family station wagon anymore. With any luck my fiance' will be picking up a '89 RX-7 GXL this week for me :)

She's a keeper!!! ;)

SO....what happened is that the bolt that holds the lower ball joint came loose and when i went to take the turn the bolt had come off and the ball joint slipped out of the placement, which pulled out the axle.

But everything is good now. replaced the bolt and nut that went missing and tightened everything up.

there is some slight damage to my fender and part of my side skirt. but i guess i can live with that for the time being....

No doubt! That looks hella good! (2thumbs)

What suspension setup are you using? Springs? With 17s?

that the oem fog, i cut lthe msp lip for fit, and i have a coilspring gold line drop 1.5 on ultimate suspension....and the wheel is 18inch not 17...sorry for my english...im french...living in quebec...

That's pretty hot...what fogs are those you have nestled in the MSP splitter? I like that look...a lot!

i cut the msp splitter for fit the original fog of the p5 and i put
2 srcew on the top off the areation side off the splitters(rockon)
and thanks for the comment!!!

What size tires, if you dont mind me asking...?

Should keep around the rpf-1's for the rx7 when you get it they will fit right on.
From what I have been reading the offset is a little high at +45 mm. I plan on sticking with the RPF1's; I'm just going to run 16x7 +30 mm up front and 16x8 +32 (with spacer to make is ~30 mm) in the back. Either that or 17x8 and 17x9 but I don't think an N/A RX-7 warrants that kind of width.

Yeah the offset was the only concern but spacers can always fix that. But I was thinking the same as you the width won't be needed for the na engine

Just sent $$$ for some Hella Horns...can't wait for them to get here...I have a guy coming over tommorrow to put in the stereo equipment...may get him to retint the windows again...

Dude, I need to get a new horn for the miata. I about got run off the road by some lady in a minivan today. The miata horn makes the one on the P5 sound manly in comparison

Oh ok, I see how it is. Next time I make it to an autocross in Brimingham, I'm challenging you to a duel hahaha. Not showing = automatic forfeiture.

Oh crap...looks like i better show up and bring my A game...but considering that would be my first auto-x I doubt I could even compare to a seasoned vet such as yourself.
