shipping the lip only costs $30 via greyhound

and with what i sold the black lip for, i bought the blue lip, so, yes, this is MUCH cheaper than painting the lip

Cause, if i were to have painted the lip, i also would have had the bumper redone and shaved the bumper lights and license plate bolts, and upper grille (at a cheap shop, they still wanted $375)

BUT, the lip is already blue, so, just install it and go

picked up the black lip local (was sander's lip) and buyer paid shipping

and it wasn't unpainted, it was black mica, so, sold it to a guy with a black mica MSP

ty, still not sure why you got rid of you mp3 ecu. even though you dont get to use it much, it still smooths things out so much. having an auto, im screwed.

got rid of the MP3 ECU to pay for the headight parts for retro number 2.

And, while it did smooth things out, and, i do daily regret selling it, i don't mind not having it cause, well, i hate driving here.

and, new lip hopefully ships out tonight or tomorrow night and will be here next week

oh, and i picked up some bosch icon wipers for the p5, and some h3 silverstars for the fogs. suppose to be more white, but we shall see.

so i didn't really do anything to the P5 today but I did map out the entire intercooler piping and now have a schematic and list of all the pipes and couplers I'll need. The piping that came with the turbo is all only 1.75" so I'm going with a 2.25" piping. Does anyone know where I can find the flange that goes from the s pipe to the downpipe? Speedmetal7 is gonna be fabricating me a downpipe so we need the flange on top of the steel piping I'm getting. I can't wait!!

That sux Mark. Do you get free windshield replacement with your insurance co? I had mine replaced last year and found out each instance is a $100 deductible.


This morning a co-worker with a v6 Mustang vert commented on how well the car hugged the road thru an s-turn last night. He was behind me....well up to the turn at least. I told him the car may not be fast in a straight line but it handles great stock and that is why I love driving this car soooo much.

Thanks man...it has been such a long wait...a little over 4 months since I have had it...I absolutely hate driving the Accord/Caddy...hopefully I have all the parts I need and if not then we have enough people to go out and get them...
