What have you done to your P5 today?

well i was trying to keep up with a RX-8 in the mountians and got a bit of downhill action to help me out lol but i took it slow and steady after that. i was surprised when i looked at the spedo i said woah so i didnt try to get past 120 in fear that my car would fall to pieces

Plastic parts are fun my saturn would rattle over 70. Today i replaced my 02 senor do to the mysterious p0107 code umm.. yea its back so now im think WGA been gettin some bad boost cut lately

i looked at mine sitting in the driveway today. honestly, that is the most that i have done with it in a while though. i have a set of springs to install, but haven't had any time yet. crazy hours at work and a new baby will do that to you though.

What is the difference between a cold air intake and a short ram intake???????

Length of the tubing. Cold Air goes all the way down behind the front bumper. Short ram ends up behind the head lights.

Is there some trick to reinstalling the stock radio? I just put everything back together and sure enough, the CD player no longer works. Both FM and AM tuners, clock, equilizer and everything all work fine but the CD player is completely dead. Am I missing something here? There are only two connections on the back of the radio, right?

I did add +30 whp to her in about 10 minutes though.

Well, the CD changer is dead and I had to tear it apart (with no chance of reconstruction) to get my 6 CD's out. So, if anyone has one lying around I'm looking for a stock 6 disc CD changer! BTW, I just went out and took some pictures. I will have them up in a few minutes.

Now for what you've all been waiting for... Pics of radio surround and new wheels. I'm kind of pissed because I scuffed the radio surround a bit installing the radio but it's really not as noticeable in person as it is in the pics (the flash makes it more obvious).

Rims looks good! I had my doubts on the radio surrond....but it looks good too!

Nope, no oven bake stuff. Just Rustoleum auto primer and Krylon Satin Black and Satin Clear spray and some sandpaper. I purposely left the paint a little rough to give it a textured, factory look. Looking back, I actually think I used semi-gloss for the other trim pieces but I like how this looks a little better (just scratches more easily, it seems) so I might go back and repaint the others now, LOL!
