Just got a 2021 CX-5 Grand Touring Premium (USA) and I'm trying to figure out which harness adapter type thing to power a dash cam off the rearview mirror plug (dongar DCA-10E? others?).
Also wondering if these wires are always hot or only when car accessories are on.
Need guidance on how to unplug, and is everything supposed to be tucked into that big plastic shroud?
Anyway, I'm confused, here are a couple pics of what I'm looking at. Dashcam is USB powered, C to C would be fine but I guess A to C makes no diff. Tell me which one to buy, thanks!
