and to stay on topic, i just sourced a replacment OEM fog switch and fog relay! Wewt for being able to keep all my factory fog stuff for when i can source something to use in the MSP lips!

Sorry I guess that was my fault!

Back on topic...Had to replace my 2nd low beam bulb in 6yrs.
Also have a polished perrin fuel rail on the way!

I just put in sylvania silverstar ultra 4100 something $50 for two...the only H7 they had at the local auto parts. Before this was what the car came with.

Have you redone your grounding or other wiring. Because most proteges eat silverstars.

mine ate silverstars in no time. keep that recipt, cause you'll need it

Also, just got conf. that the white MSP lip is headed out via fedex today and should be here by the end of the week

Mine did as well....as a matter of fact three sets in under two years (one set being the Osram's which are supposedly better than the regular).

I think we've had the same bulbs since in there since we bought the car (Nov 05)

Mine loved the stock bulbs until I moved to Alaska.. popped them both within a month of each other, then I had my replacement pop a couple months after that... I was going to blame Alaska for my woes.

Now that I went HID, I haven't had ANY problems with bulbs...

My bulb that just blew has been in there since new 6yrs ago! I already knew the silverstars commonly don't last but i had no other choice.

Was there warranty on my silverstars? They both went out around 6 months.
