What have you done to your P5 today?

Alright, drove the car and it stalled. 3 times. I am driving, pop into neutral as I come to a stop, and the engine just dies. Battery light and check engine lights come on. Restarts fine, as long as I idle above 1000. Drive off, it's good for a while. Idles normal, but will drop down to about 500rpm and bouce back. Sometimes it'll drop to zero and cut out.

Fun

this seems to be a common problem cuz I have it too. When I have some time in going to clean my egr valve and iac. And reclean my maf and all connectors.

Removed DG cf radio sides (no longer made) trading for DG full cf radio faceplate. Shipping on Friday.

Here is a couple night shots of the HID's:

Actually those are with the high beams off. lol And that is after I lowered my low beams more. I took this pic with my cell phone so most likely they were just to much for the camera. If I lower them any more I won't be able to see very far.

Dynamat'ed the hatch and found out what a PITA it is to take that damn plastic panel off. Broke 3 tabs off. 1 Never went back on lol.

Well, after reading around about what should be a ten minute job of replacing the front motor mounts, my arms are all cut up and the friggen bolt holding the motor to the mount isn't budging. I am using my big sockets, and using my extentions to lengthen the pull, but to no avail. Sucks. Now I gotta find someone with airtools, or take it into a shop. Stupid snow and salt rust.
Here's what I'm working with

drove my car around for errands, took it through a car wash, and parked it where it will be parked for the next two weeks when I'm away for work

That rust isn't helping, but then again neither are the extensions. The more extensions / attachments you use, the less torque you're actually putting to the bolt.

I thought the more leverage you had, the easier it was. I pop lugnuts like nothing with a pipe I had slid on the end of my lugnut wrench.

leverage yes, but extensions on a socket don't give you leverage...
