What have you done to your P5 today?

washed and waxed my car.......and spent the day (13hrs) helping with 16 other nepoc folks doing brakes, struts and spings...claybaring...waxing washing...what a day!(thumb)

and to you, Mark! What an awesome host! Actually, thanks to everybody who attended the meet! I'm sure there will be pics posted soon. I have to download them from my camera tomorrow...

they came into my store and talked to my manager, and then to me. He was very nice and is covereing the price, so i have to just get the new tail lights, then get them tinted again. Then he will pay me back.

Wow, that's surprisingly nice! Sucks you have to spend your time though.

Drove up to Bazooka Joe's yesterday for the spring clean meet. Didn't detail my car as I had a 5 hour journey home...but did change out my pads and rotors....also had a great time with some great people and food too!

My car looks so good today I am afraid to drive it and get it dirty. Will have to use my wife's car till the sun comes out.

That cake is awesome.

I did cupcakes like that for one of our mod meets. Cake would have been simpler, but I did get pretty good at drawing the mazda emblem on all those individual cupcakes.

haha...ya we still have some big lots...the town requires 150' frontage on the street....we've got about 3/4's of an acre.

ya, the cake was cool...i didn't know my wife was doing that! we got a lot of cars cleaned up after the messy NE winter!

the neighbors are pretty cool...they think it's "nice" that we have all these people with the same interest in cars (mazda) and will drive from all over the place to come fix and clean their cars!! i guess as long as kyle didn't do any dounuts in the middle of the street(drive2) , everyone will be welcomed back next yr!!!

replaced my headlight bulbs today, claybar'd in the garage, adjusted my CAI(rattling), and prepped my valve cover for paint... Fun Day!!!!

Got the smoked overlays on the tails.

Looks good! I wouldn't worry too much about how they affect the light. I have BlueBatmobile overlays and you can see my reverse lights and turn signals just fine (they passed PA inspection so..) I was also gonna suggest that your next mod be the Mazda6 wiper conversion.

Yeah, the back just looks so dated with that wiper on there. Might have to order it up online today..........Took a scotchbrite wheel to my header today to try and get all the burned on fingerprints off from the previous owner. Took care of a few rattles in the dash. Getting ready to prime and paint my eyelids now.

did it get the burned prints off? i need to do mine. probably use steel wool on mine.
